Everything we serve is made here, including salad dressings, soups, sandwich spreads, pancake batter, fruit smoothies, and even sausage! Our delicious breads and pastries are baked by Jantz Bakery in Atwater, CA. We pick up a fresh bakery order every morning. Our fresh herbs come from the Farmer’s Market. What a pleasure to create delicious meals in the heart of California’s fertile farmland! Owned by a dairy farming family, Piano Caffe uses only Real Butter, Real Cheese, and countless other California Dairy Products!
We have four professionally trained chefs on our staff. The soups and daily specials will continue to delight the “foodie” in you! Saturday Brunch
Our kitchen gets especially crafty on Saturdays from 8am-1pm, when we serve BRUNCH ALL DAY! You might find things like Eggs Benedict with Smoked Gouda Hollandaise, Pesto Panini, Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes with Caramel Butter. The menu always includes our famous Dutch Apple Pancakes with Ricotta Whipped Cream. We also have a fabulous selection of espresso and Ink! Coffee from Aspen, CO.
